The central theme of this thesis is to investigate the expression of lymphocyte surface marker and concentration of serum cytokines in four groups of patients with sepsis : Group 1, patients with Gram positive bacterial infection; Group 2, patients with Gram negative bacterial infection; Group 3, patients with negative cultures but strong evidence of infection; Group 4, patients without clinical and microbiologic evidence of infection as control group.

本研究主要以临床诊断为主再配合血液培养将病人分为四组：第一组是有革兰氏阳性细菌感染的病人；第二组是有革兰氏阴性细菌感染的病人；第三组是没有培养出细菌的感染性病人；第四组是由临床诊断及微生物培养证实为正常对照组。利用单株抗体接上萤光物质再配合流式细胞分析仪来测定淋巴球上各种细胞膜表面分化抗原的变化及利用酵素免疫分析法来探讨血清各种细胞素之变化。

Results The micronuclear rate in medium dosage group and high dosage group were significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.01). The ratio of sperm malformation in middle group and high group were higher than those of controls (P＜0.01).The ratio of sperm malformation increased in dose-dependent manner with dose, a dose-response relationship was found. Conclusion The DBP contamination presents the positive results under the certain dosage to the mouse marrow micronucleus experiment and the spermatozoon abnormal experiment.

结果 中、高剂量组微核率与阴性对照组相比明显升高(P＜0.05)，且各剂量组微核率随染毒浓度的增加而升高，呈现剂量-反应关系(r=0.937，P＜0.01)；中、高剂量组精子畸形率与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，且各剂量组精子畸形率随染毒浓度的增加而升高，呈剂量-反应关系(r=0.904，P＜0.01)，畸形精子中以无钩为最多，其次是香蕉形、尾折叠、双头，分别为4.5%、3.09%和1.32%，结论 DBP染毒在一定剂量下对小鼠骨髓微核试验和精子畸形试验呈现阳性结果。

The microkemel and sperm cell abnomalities were analyzed. Results The micronuclear rate in medium dosage group and high dosage group were significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.01). Result : MAP and HR in B group were higher remarkable than those in A group (P.05), SpO2 was lower than that in the A group in exploration and after operation(P.05), it was significance, but the happen rate of naupathia and vomit, breath restraint, fidget weep after emergence were higher than those in the A group (P.01),the time of emergence was longer than the A group(P.05),it was significance.

Results: The expression of CTGF protein and CTGF mRNA in the nomal and sham operation group is low in the intracytoplasm of Mesangial cells, renaltubular epithelial cells and renal interstitial cells. Compare with sham operation group, the expression of CTGF protein and CTGF mRNA as yellow particulate in the mode group was markedly increased, and the fibrosis of nephridial tissue is obvious. Panaxnotoginseng could significantly decrease the expression of CTGF protein and CTGF mRNA(P.05), and there was no significant difference between Panaxnotoginseng treatment group and Benazepril treatment group.

结果：正常组及假手术组肾小球系膜细胞、肾小管上皮细胞以及肾间质细胞胞浆内有少量CTGF蛋白及其mRNA的黄色颗粒状阳性反应物，模型组上述部位的CTGF蛋白及其mRNA呈强阳性表达，三七总皂苷组上述指标表达较模型组显著减少，有统计学差异(P.05)，与阳性药物组比较差异不显著。

TCM group were intragastric administrated with Shenluotong 25 g/kg.d, Control group and the model group were intragastric administrated with benazepril 10 mg/kg.d, Normal group and model group were given equivalent physiological saline.24 hour urinary protein,Scr and BUN of different groups, and the expression of CTGF mRNA in nephridial tissue were detected.

We confirmed that Prol2Ala had no difference in control case,diabetic nephropathy group and diabete group,In diabetic group and diabetic nephropathy group, Ala carriers compared to noncarrier all kinds of biochemical indicators were not different,Prol2Ala did not have association with diabete and diabetic nephropathy. But because of the sample size was small, weneeded a biger sample to confirm the results.

PPARγ激动剂对糖尿病肾病具有明显的保护作用，保护作用的机制是多方面的，除了改善糖脂代谢，降低血压外，还具有保护小血管内皮，改善凝血和纤溶系统活性，抗炎症等多方面的作用，且作用随着用药时间的延长而日趋明显，在疾病的早期应用效果更佳，故提倡早期用药；对伴有慢性肾功不全的患者，罗格列酮对肾脏靶器官的保护作用显现的并不明显，但副作用与对照组无明显差异，不用根据肾功情况调整用药，但由于样本量较小，上述结论尚需大样本进行进一步证实；本实验研究得出Prol2Ala变异在健康对照组、糖尿病组及糖尿病肾病组均无显著差异，糖尿病组及糖尿病肾病组临床各生化指标与Prol2Ala变异亦无相关性，Prol2Ala与糖尿病及糖尿病肾病不相关。

The design of nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group, as quasi-experiment design was applied to the study. There were totally 67 seventh students from a junior high school in Taipei county participating in this study, 34 of which were assigned to the experimental group and 33 of which to the control group. Students in the experimental group went through 24 sections emotional education into the integrative activities for 8 weeks, 3 section（135 min）, per week, while those in the control group accepted the original integrative activities curriculum.

Effects on reproductive performance: The normal delivery of group B,C and D were 80%、93.33%、93.33%,respectively,were improved by a certain extent comparing with the control group; The mean birth weight of calves were not significantly different between the trial and control groups.But numerical datas shown that supplementing Zn-Met in dietary had the tendency to increase the birth weight of calves; Supplementing Zn-Met in dietary can make dairy cows express empathema earlier,and significantly(P.05).Among the trial groups,the advanced extent of the group C was comparatively large(5.8d);The oestrous cycles were all in normal range and not significantly different; The levels of serum PRL of group B,C and D were significantly(P.05) 1.46 ng/ml、3.08 ng/ml、3.45 ng/ml higher than the group A.

对繁殖性能的影响：添加蛋氨酸锌组的正常分娩率为80％、93.33％、93.33％，较对照组(73.33％)有一定程度的改善；试验组犊牛初生重与对照组犊牛初生重差异不显著(P＞0.05)，但数据结果显示，日粮添加蛋氨酸锌有使犊牛初生重增加的趋势；日粮添加蛋氨酸锌可使奶牛产后发情提前，且差异显著(P＜0.05)，其中，添加蛋氨酸锌240mg／kg组提前的幅度较大，提前了5.8d；试验组发情周期与对照组差异不显著(P＞0.05)，均在正常范围之内；B、C、D组血清促乳素含量均比对照组高，且差异显著(P＜0.05)，依次增加1.46ng／ml、3.08ng／ml、3.45ng／ml，试验组B与C、D两组间也达到显著差异(P＜0.05)。
