In order to improve the electro-catalytic activity of platinum based catalyst to methanol oxidation, in this thesis, firstly prepare heteropoly acid modified Pt/GC electrode with different concentration by cyclic voltammetry method, and then test the cyclic voltammetry curves individually in vitriolic and methanol solution. The study shows the best concentration for both phosphomolybdic acid and phosphotungstic acid is 1×10~(-3)mol/L. And find the more heteropoly acid modified on electrode, the lower peak-up potential towards methanol because of the existence of oxygenous species.

A stable, water-insoluable film was prepared by oxidative electropolymerization of pyrogallol in pH7.0 phosphate buffer solution, anti modified on a glassy carbon electrode surface by electrochemical method. Using equal density method, the asphalts modified by saturated polymer, including LDPE and SEBS, with good storage stability at high temperature, were prepared. As is well known, the microcanonical distributions of bounded electrons in CTMC method is quite different from quantal distributions, we modified the initial microcanonical distribution by using eleven different ionization thresholds of electron bounded in target. With modification, we calculated the collisional process of O~(3+) with He, and the total cross sections of all processess are calculated as a function of the incident energies. The agreement with experiments is improved by the modified distributions.
