In this paper we build a university scientific research management information system based on Client/Server and three-layer structure of ASP technology, and introduced the design aims, tasks and principle of the system with systematic investigation and analyzsis of demand., With the principle of integrality, practicability, opening, precursive and generality, data stream and data structure are analyzed detailedly, and logistic model which fits university scientific research management was established based on advanced structure system analysis method. In addition, it puts forward a series of the whole scheme of scientific research management system which bases on internet adapts large database development.the design of this system adapts new internet/intranet techonlogy and it can make us gather and share the whole provincial university scientific research information.lt studies and establishes oology structure and using platform of our provincial university scientific research management system, In addition,it also designs and formulates the system at the experimental unit(the scientific research department of NEAU).The scientific research management information system of NEAU is one part of the network information management system.

本课题采用基于客户／服务器和三层结构的ASP技术，在系统调研、需求分析的基础上，给出了基于互联网的省高校科研管理系统的设计目标、任务和原则；本系统的开发遵循完整性、通用性、实用性、先进性和开放性的原则，采用较为先进的结构化系统分析方法对数据流程、数据结构进行详尽的分析，制定一个适合高校科研管理的逻辑模型；提出一套基于互连网络的、采用大型数据库开发的科研管理系统的整体方案；系统设计采用Internet／Intranet全新技术，可做到全省高校科研信息集成与共享；研究制定我省高校科研管理信息系统的拓扑结构及应用平台，利用试点单位，设计和制定我省高校科研管理信息系统的功能结构和信息资源结构。

The results indicated:（1）the combination of the Markov and spatial logistic models can improve the predictability of each model individually. In macroscopic scale, the total land use amount can be predicted via Markov chain; in microscopic scale, the multi-class multinomial logistic model can be used to implement the combined calculations of categorical variable and continuous variable, qualitative variable and quantitative variable to improve the precision of spatial regression. Meanwhile, the transition probability of each land use unit will be confirmed and the prediction of land use spatial distribution will also be completed.（2）the application system developed in accordance with the integrated model can effectively simulate and predict the land use evolution in Shenzhen City, and the prediction precision of verification system will suffice for recent land use monitoring and the making of annual land supply planning.

研究结果：（1）空间Logistic和Markov模型集成可提升单一模型的应用能力，宏观上利用Markov Chain进行土地利用规模总量预测，微观上利用多分类Multinomial Logistic模型解决分类变量与连续变量，定性变量和定量变量的联合解算提高空间回归精度，同时可以确定每一个土地利用单元转移概率，实现土地利用空间分布的预测；（2）基于集成模型开发出的应用系统能够有效仿真和预测深圳市土地利用演化，通过验证系统预测精度能够满足近期土地利用预警和年度土地供应计划编制。

In this study we score thetest by both dichotomous system and polychotomous system,then we compare the goodness of fit of the three parame-ter logistic model to the dichotomously scored CRPM testdata to that of the three parameter logistic model tothe foctitious test of the polychotomously scored CRPM testdata.

The structure of "Four-Base and Seven-System" of NSDSS is decided, based on which, the Function and Structure of Man-Machine Conversation system, General Management system, Data Base system, Model and Method Base system, knowledge base system, Causing and solving problems system are discussed. The basic theories and methods of each part are discussed. In the designing process of Model Base System, detailed analysis is given to the models of prediction, evaluation and management in the course of security decision. Moreover, basic process and method are discussed on question generation and solution. Then, detailed explanation is provided on the integration and implement of the system. After that, it is suggested that implement of the system should be carried through the process of the system.

论文首先对NSDSS涉及到的相关知识进行了讨论，详细分析了网络安全决策中的四个基本过程，这是NSDSS进行安全决策的基础；随后依据系统的目标和任务，对系统的开发策略和方法进行了分析，选择具有RAD能力的原型法指导整个系统的开发过程；确定了NSDSS"四库七系统"的整体结构；在此基础上，分别探讨了人机对话系统、通用管理系统、数据库系统、模型库和方法库系统、知识库系统、问题生成和求解系统的功能和结构，对各部件的基本原理和实现方法进行了论述；在模型库系统的设计过程中，对安全决策过程中运用到的安全预测、安全评估、安全管理等模型进行了详细的分析；仔细探讨了问题生成和求解的基本过程和方法；较为详细地阐述了系统集成和实施的有关问题，面向系统的成功实现，提出了将系统实施贯串于整个系统开发过程中的思想。

In this thesis, how to study and apply of system of CRM based on Web are discussed. Firstly, we summarize the principle of CRM, beginning with the current research condition, and introduce the concept, features and management principle of CRM. Secondly, we illustrate the basic architecture of web-based CRM system to form the basis of the further research and propose the integration of CRM system to the front end of enterprise, namely, the study on the business process re-engineering of CRM system. Then we discuss the key technique knowledge on CRM system based on Web, which included the technology of system interface, system safety and the design of net framework. And explain the technology of web service is a good solution to the problem of system interface in the Internet and the advantage of the develop way based on the B/S pattern. According to an application of CRM system based on Web, this thesis explains how to set up a CRM system based on Web, which include the customer requirement, analyzing the business process, system framework and system safety. At last, this thesis puts forward the extensive foreground of the system of web-based CRM with the expanding of the web technology and explains that there are some questions are to be resolve stilly in this thesis.

本文的研究内容首先从客户关系管理的研究现状出发，对客户关系管理加以概述，阐述CRM系统概念、系统特点和核心管理思想；并阐明了基于Web的CRM系统的基本架构为进一步的研究作铺垫，提出CRM系统对企业前端的整合，即对CRM系统的业务流程重构的研究；接下来说明基于Web的CRM系统开发的关键技术，包括系统体系结构的选择，系统接口以及系统安全三方面的技术要求，具体说明了B/S模式的原理及优点，Web Service是解决基于B/S模式系统的接口问题的最好方案；然后以一个销售管理CRM系统为例，说明如何构建一个基于Web的CRM系统，包括了系统设计要求、系统实现、系统功能框架和系统安全机制；最后根据当前通信和网络技术的发展，展望基于Web的CRM系统应用的广泛前景，并对在本文研究中还存在需要改进的地方进行了探讨。
