Note that the orbit of electron becomes a "fat-8" in the average rest frame. For the plane wave of Gaussian laser, we may know that, through relative Hamilton-Jacobi equation, electrons are accelerated in the front of pulse and decelerated backward. Whereas for the non-plane wave of Gaussian laser, we solve the Lorentz and energy equations by fourth order Runge-Kutta method.

The effects of different factors on the laser-induced graft polymerization on the PET surface were analyzed, and the mechanisms were discussed. The factors were: 1 Monomers with smaller molecules resulted in better modification than polymeric monomers. Acrylamide monomer was chosen as hydrophilic modifier finally; 2 Higher concentration of the monomer solution favored the graft reaction; 3 With the increasing laser fluence, the surface hydrophilicity of PET films increased at first, then decreased. More laser pulses led to a more hydrophilic surface; 4 Benzophenone as a photosensitizer hindered the graft polymerization; 5 The homopolymer retardant of ammonium iron sulfate hexahydrate in a proper concentration retarded the formation of homopolymers and promotes the graft copolymerization; 6 The solvent of monomer solution also affected the graft reaction. Different solvents functioned in different ways. Ethanol can promote the graft reaction because of the activity of hydrogen in its structure; 7 pH value of the monomer solution affects the polymerization rate, and a lower pH value was favorable to the graft reaction.

Three antioxidative parameters(SOD super oxide dismutase、MDA malondialdehyde and GSH reduced glutathione hormone)were also measured.Results:The skin elasticity and water content improved increasingly according to the MPA measurements of the two group 4 weeks after the last irradiation.The hydroxyproline of the skin in the Q-switched 1064-nm Nd:YAG laser of 0.6J/cm~2、1.5 J/cm~2 and 2.5 J/cm~2 group showed 7.1%,13.1%and 19.8%(p＜0.05)increase respectively compared to their controls,the enhancement of dermal thickness were 15.5%,29.7%and 38.4%;The hydroxyproline of the skin in the Q-switched 532-nm Nd:YAG laser of 0.5J/cm~2、1.2 J/cm~2 and 2.0 J/cm~2 group showed 6.9%,9.6%and 14.2%(p＜0.05)increase respectively compared to their controls,the enhancement of dermal thickness were 5.5%,15.1%and 29.9%,among which the Q-switched 1064-nm laser group had the greatest effect. The result of antioxidative parameters showed some juvenescence change at the radiated skin.

结果：末次照射后第4周，Q开关1064-nmNd：YAG激光组(以下简称1064 nm组)和Q开关532-nmNd：YAG激光组(以下简称532-nm组)大鼠各实验侧的皮肤弹性和含水量都明显好于对照侧；1064-nm组和532-nm组实验侧的皮肤羟脯氨酸含量和真皮内胶原厚度都较对照组显著增大(P＜0.05)，其中1064-nm组的三种不同能量密度：0.6 J/cm~2、1.5 J/cm~2、2.5 J/cm~2的激光照射的皮肤区域的羟脯氨酸含量增加率为7.1%，13.1%和19.8%，真皮厚度增加率为15.5%，29.7%和38.4%，532-nm组的三种不同能量密度：0.5 J/cm~2、1.2 J/cm~2、2.0J/cm~2的激光照射的皮肤区域的羟脯氨酸含量增加率为6.9%，9.6%和14.2%，真皮层厚度增加率为5.5%，15.1%和29.9%，相比而言1064-nm组的羟脯氨酸及真皮层厚度增加率均较高；抗氧化指标显示两组大鼠实验侧皮肤的抗氧化能力增加，呈年轻化改变。
