The experiment and the research indicate that:(1) Through the Hot-Continuous-Rolling production technics under small reduction ratio of 4.04 and 5.08, the rectangular continuous-casting billet of 235×265mm can be used to produce big size steel stick of Φ140mm and Φ 125mm whose macrostructure and mechanical properties meet the standards, this technics is viable;(2) This rolling technics can make the deformation penetrate to the center of the billet by low temperture and low velocity and big roller diameter and large reduction quantity at every pass and optimum design and arrangement of rollers, which is the key of Hot-Continuous-Rolling technics under small reduction ratio;(3) The sending technics used in Xining Special Steel Co.,Ltd can not use waste-heat of billet adequately, but the sensitive temperature section of A1N or sulphides or inclusions separating out is avoided, creating a favorablecondition for insuring good surface quality of final rolled steel;(4) The Hot-Continuous-Rolling technics under small reduction ratio has a close relationship with the billet quality control and the hot sending process control and the cooling control after rolling.

通过实验研究表明：(1) 235×265mm矩形连铸坯分别采用4.04和5.08的小压缩比热连轧生产工艺，所生产的Φ140mm和Φ125mm的大规格棒材，其低倍组织和机械性能均符合标准要求，该工艺是可行的；(2)本实验所采取的低温低速、大辊径大道次压下量轧制工艺加上轧辊孔型的优化设计与配置，可以使加工变形渗透到铸坯的中心，这一点是实现小压缩比热连轧生产工艺的关键；(3)西宁特钢在红送过程中虽然铸坯余热未能得到充分的利用，但是有效地避开了A1N、硫化物的析出及夹杂物偏析的敏感温度区，为保证最终轧材良好的表面质量创造了有利的条件；(4)小压缩比热连轧生产与铸坯质量控制，热送过程控制以及轧后冷却控制密不可分。

In order to prove the reliability, test studies have been primarily carried out in the indoor soil bin. The data of the vehicle driving state parameters under the same or different terrain are analyzed. The process curves are compared by different control schemes. The theoretical model of the optimum driving state is reliable and fuzzy control scheme is feasible. The disturbances and unknown factors of control system are analyzed. Test results prove that the half-tracked air-cushion vehicle can drive steadily under control of the computer. At the same time the sensors used to measure soil mechanics characteristics on line need to be developed. And it is the important problem to be solved in the future study. The necessary regulation and correction are put up. So the studies in this paper provide some instruction for the further research work.

为了验证本文提出的最佳工作状态及最佳垫压理论，并分析控制系统的可靠性和稳定性，本文在半履带式气垫车的模型车上，在室内土槽中进行了初步的实车性能和理论验证试验，考察了在同种和不同土壤条件下气垫车的行驶状态参数的测量数据，比较了采用不同控制方法下的过程曲线，验证了最佳工作状态的理论模型和模糊控制系统方案的可行性与可靠性，从而保证了采用自整定模糊PID控制器能够使半履带式气垫车在稳定行驶最佳工作状态下；同时通过试验研究，分析了系统中各干扰与未知因素，对控制方案进行了相应的调整和修正，为今后进一步的研究工作提供了一定的指导。

Considering the vehicular SG cruise integrating model under braking condition influenced by some factors of nonlinearity, time-delay and the disturbance, a new nonlinear SMITH predictor is designed to compensate the time delays of control variable in advance. Furthermore, with the resort of pure delay operator, extension of the Lie derivative and the Lie bracket, some issues of SISO nonlinear system with time delays in state variable are resolved, which cover the input-output linearization, invertability of coordinate transformation and the disturbance decoupling problem.the staged transformation and design technique, the vehicle deceleration tracking control and the SG cruise disturbance decoupling control under braking condition are carried out effectively using proposed control method.

The new double-way authentication protocol of the improved access control scheme can prevent man-in-the-middle attack and replay attack. After strict formal analysis with BAN logic, the result have proved that the authentication protocol is secure. The improved access control scheme is realized by the mode of single-key-lock-pair. The major contributions of this thesis include:(1) proposing a new kind of optimal feedback control, followed by its application to chaos targeting and stabilization of high period unstable periodic orbits ;(2) stabilization of unstable fixed point in chaotic systems using some kind of nonlinear feedback control, and giving sufficient condition for the existence of the controller as well as the synthesis procedure;(3) analyzing the robustness of optimal control in chaotic Lur'e systems under the help of H〓 control theory;(4) finally and most importantly, introducing a novel method of information storage based on discrete time chaotic systems as the application of chaos control, and systematically studying different schemata for implementation, providing a theoretic basis for the design of such new kind of information storage devices with large capacity.
