目的 评价微型钢板治疗masonⅲ型桡骨小头骨折的临床效果。方法对10 例masonⅲ型骨折进行微型钢板内固定，根据患者肘关节活动疼痛、稳定性和肌力情况，依照broberg和morrey肘关节评分标准进行功能评价。结果 10 例患者随访12～24个月，平均20个月，肘关节平均评分58 分(30～90)分，其中优1 例，良4 例，差5 例，优良率50％。结论切开复位微型钢板内固定治疗复杂的masonⅲ型桡骨小头骨折，不能取得良好的临床效果，如果要获得较好的肘关节活动和早期康复，可考虑桡骨小头切除或置换。
