结合临床，豆状核征、脑岛带征、低密度灶，皮质征是诊断缺血性脑梗塞的早期可靠征象，而致密动脉征、占位征不能单独作为其诊断依据。强化这些征象，可望提高缺血性脑梗塞的早期发现率。
