This paper started with discussion of innovation source, and found the contribution of industrial cluster for technological innovation. In succession, I made a simple depiction of some interrelated theory about industrial cluster technological innovation. Then, I pay more attention about introducing how the industrial cluster played the role of Hatcher, how the relationship between industrial cluster and technological innovation.
