In this paper, a long divinable time evaluation and a short time prediction of some vibration signals of a turbine generator set is processed by the largest Lyapunov exponent mode. And the results show that the method is certainly accurate and reliable to predict future state of a turbine generator set. As a matter of fact, the method can be used to prediction to future running state of any other complex mechanical equipment.

In this paper, the research object is the XM18 spherical generator, in order to improve the dynamic behavior of the machine tool, the following aspects have been studied in this thesis: Firstly, based on the elasticity theory and finite element analysis theory, the finite element models of the lathe bed, dovetail, dovetail shelf, headstock, fanlike plank and millhead shelf, which were the main parts of the spherical generator, were built up using ANSYS9.0. And based on the modal analysis theory and FEM technology, the free modal and the constrained modal analysis of the main parts were studied. Accordance to the analytical results, put forword methods to optimize the key parts.

本课题以XM18球面铣磨机为研究对象，为了提高其动态特性，本文主要从以下几个方面进行研究：首先，根据弹性力学理论和有限元分析的基本理论，利用ANSYS9.0软件建立了铣磨机的主要零部件床身、燕尾、燕尾座、主轴箱、扇形板和磨头座的有限元模型，利用有限元法对主要零部件进行了自由模态和约束模态分析，并根据分析结果对关键部件提出了改进方案。

In this paper, the generator model of constant transient voltage and the invariableness impedance model was used, and the saliency of generator is included; through the analysis of the characteristic of the network equation calculation in the transient stability analysis, a new node ordering algorithm is proposed. 本文首先建立了适合于暂态稳定分析的简单模型，其中发电机采用E_q恒定模型，考虑了发电机的暂态凸极效应，负荷采用恒定阻抗模型；研究了电力系统的暂态稳定分析方法，指出目前数值积分暂态稳定计算方法中存在的不足，主要是网络方程的求解速度过慢；分析了暂态稳定计算中网络方程的特点，将稀疏技术应用于网络方程的求解，提出了一种新的节点编号方法——最小度最小有源节点道路集算法，减少了网络方程的计算量；在进行交替迭代求解时，将预测算法应用于每一积分步网络方程功角和电压的初值估计当中，应用自回归算法和广义延拓算法，期望给出一个更有效的电压和功角初值方案，来加快方程的收敛过程，减少方程迭代的次数，以提高计算速度。

The dissertation analysis different measurement on channel frequency,different vibration signals sets and different location to form each ICA result.With regard to the failure diagnosis of the turbine generator operation,the study has explored the possibilities to detect the failure diagnosis source from the measurement signals.It has also provided sufficient analysis case for the application of separation to detecting failure source on the turbine generator.2.Aiming at the engineering application of overcomplete bases ICA,the dissertation has raised virtual channel on the new method of ICA.It take advantage of some testified knowledge to the constitution of ICA known as, together with other measurement signal to proceed ICA separation,which can increase frequency on the input signal.

By the combination of these measures, the noise of the gas- combustion generator will be under effective control, so that the gas power plant's noise pollution problems can be resolved.

The concrete hardware control circuit and the software realization method are presented. Experiment shows that the waveform distortion of sine, triangle and sawtooth is small and the operation is simple. The performance is high.
