Methods 42 children with CP (26 males, 16 females, average age 49.5±21.5 months, 11 children with spastic quadriplegia, 22 with spastic diplegia, 5 with spastic hemiplegia, 2 with athetosis and 2 with dystonia) were assessed with Gross Motor Function Classification System and Gross Motor Function Measure for the assessment and classification of gross motor function. Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory PEDD was used to assess the ADL. The ADL of children with different levels of GMFCS and the correlat ion between gross mot or function and ADL were analyzed. Results The more severe of GMFCS, the less standard score of PEDI.

The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.Results One of nine patients with benign tumors was lost for followedup,one patient died of unrelated disease,the remained patients have excellent function in five patients,good function in one case,and one poor according to the Enneking evaluating system.the limb salvage rate was 100％.Seven patients were lost for followedup in twentynine of malignant tumors,two patient with malignant fibrous histiocytoma received amputation due to local recurrence nine months postoperatively.Ten patients had excellent function,four good and six poor among the followedup patients.The type of prosthesis in six of all patients with poor function was hinge.

Since the multiple scattering should be considered, the scattering problem of many-cylinders is more complicated than single cylinder. By using scattering matrix method to solve the scattering problem of many-cylinders, first we have to express the incident fieldand scattered field by special function（for example, Bessel function and Hankel function）under cylindrical coordinate, then use the addition theorem of special function to get a linear system of equations to relate the incident field coefficients and scattered field coefficients.
