取成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组，分别为正常对照组、高脂模型组、蝇蛆壳聚糖72.3%，80.5%，96.1%脱乙酰度组，给高脂饲料造模的同时连续给予蝇蛆壳聚糖8周，测定大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白含量，同时观察对大鼠体重影响。

Results The ozone could cause death to flyblow and some of the pupa and adult of housefly and make the pupa of housefly eclosion restrain and filial generation of housefly nervure variation.

结果O3对家蝇卵有致死作用；O3对蛹有一定杀伤作用，使羽化受到明显抑制，羽化时间相对延长；O3对成蝇有一定致死作用，存活的家蝇进行传代，子代F1、F2、F3均出现短翅和翅脉变异，但对子代性别无明显影响。
