The chemical analysis of N, P and K in organic fertilizer is presented: sample is decomposed by sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide and prepared to be a solution. N can be determined by NC-2 model quick N analysis set, P by chinoline molybdic acid method and K by tetraphenylboron potassium, needless of spectral photometer and flame photometer, the method is available when the content of N, P or K is over 0.1% with desired accuracy and precision.

The author seeks after an effective way to retrieve aerosol optical depth for urban area with dense population and industrialization. Three-level remote sensing monitoring ""Satellite -airborne - surface"" was ideated with MODIS, OMIS and sun-photometer to retrieve urban aerosol optical depth. In the paper, the author compared three AOD retrieval methods and analyzed the applicability and limitation of each method, including ground-based remote sensing with sun-photometer.

本文针对人口密集、工业化程度高的城市区域范围，探索高光谱数据遥感反演气溶胶光学厚度的方法，应用中科院上海技术物理研究所自行研制的模块化成像光谱仪，结合MODIS卫星资料和地面太阳光度计监测，试图形成&星载—机载—地面&三个高度立体遥测，实现城市气溶胶光学厚度的反演，并进一步研究其环境效应。

Result show:the solution,extracted from rat rail tendons,consist mainly of type I collagen;No growth of bacteria in 37℃ thermostatic culture box for 72 hours;Absorbing the height of ultraviolet-spectrophotometry is 230 nm by using flicker photometer examination;Amino acid in type I collagen consist of aminoacetic acid(40 per cent) and proline(14.3 per cent);Under microscope:collagen gel netted constraction consist of original collagen fibril that had been fairly well-distributed and had a quite regular striate lines ;The collagen solution prepared collagen gel matrixes in 37℃ thermostasis for culture cells and also prepared collagen solid film by washing collagen gel with a phosphate solution for plasty surgery materials.

结果：提取液主要为Ⅰ型胶原蛋白；72小时37℃恒温培养箱内培养无细菌生长；紫外分光光度计测定，吸收高峰为230nm；氨基酸成分主要为甘氨酸：占40%，脯氨酸：14.3%。显微镜下见：相互交织的胶原原纤维结构组成的网状结构；纤维均匀，有规则横纹。胶原蛋白液在37℃恒温下，可制成凝胶，用于培养细胞；用磷酸液冲洗胶原蛋白凝胶可成固体片状，制成胶原膜，用作医用材料。
