Based on the foundation of the virtual prototype model of the medium-speed maglev train, using the mechanical dynamics and kinematics analysis software ADAMS, this paper expatiates on the following things. Firstly, it analyses the decouple of single magnetic bogie by the simulation and experimentation; secondly, adds the magnetic levitation control system to the single magnetic bogie model and simulates; thirdly, by simulating the motion of the train running on the different type of guideway, analyses the state of the train on the ramp and crankle;in the end ,this paper does a further research on how the magnetic levitation control system and guideway parameters affect the suspending gap when the train runs on the ramp and crankle .

According to structural characteristics of floating slab tracks, a track segment element was taken between two adjacent fasteners. For each element, rails were regarded as Euler beams supported by discrete viscoelastic supports. The fasteners and rubber supports were replaced by a linear spring and damp. So the vibration model of the floating slab track was established. In constructing vibration model of a metro train, each car of the metro train with two suspensions was modeled as a multi-rigid body system, in which rigid bodies were connected with each other by a linear spring and damp. Combining the potential energy of vertical vibration of the track with that of the metro train, the total potential energy of vertical vibration of the train and track was obtained. And then, the matrix equation of vertical vibration of the system was established using the principle of total potential energy with stationary value in elastic system dynamics and the "set-in-right-position" rule for formulating system matrices. The vibration responses of the system can be obtained by solving the matrix equation with the direct time integration such as Wilson-θ method.

The results show that the vehicle acceleration, the dynamic wheel load and offload factors increase with train speed, and distribute linearly. The safety of train operation and running comfort can meet the requirements when the high-speed train under secondary suspension passing through ballasted track subgrade structure. The dynamic displacement of the system is less influenced by train speed. The dynamic stress of subgrade surface increases with speed improving, and it is distributed as saddle along the lateral direction and as parabola along the longitudinal direction of subgrade surface. The dynamic stress of subgrade declines sharply along the depth of subgrade. The dynamic stress on 3 m depth below subgrade bed surface is about 16 percent of that of subgrade surface.
