This dissertation proposes group reasoning and group AHP-based GDSS structure and its decision steps to solve the problems existing in research of theory and application of GDSS. Besides, the dissertation also studies the method of group reasoning on rough-set and qualitative reasoning method basis in GDSS. It also studies on constructing method of hierarchy structure of group AHP in GDSS and combinative method of judgment matrixes. Moreover, it studies on method regarding construction of judgment matrixes on rough set based and optimization theory of convex combination parameters of judgment matrixes as well. Finally, it develops an AHP based GDSS to demonstrate the efficiency of these methods.(1) This dissertation also summarizes the developing trend of GDSS and analyses problems as regards the research of GDSS.

本论文针对GDSS理论研究及应用中存在的若干问题，提出了基于群体推理及群体层次分析法的GDSS结构，并给出了基于该结构的GDSS的决策程序；研究了GDSS环境下的基于粗糙集理论及定性推理技术的群体推理方法，并举例说明了方法的有效性；研究了GDSS环境下群体AHP层次结构的建立、判断矩阵集结的理论与方法；研究了判断矩阵凸组合系数的优化原理；探讨了基于Rough Set的判断矩阵构造方法；开发了一个基于AHP的GDSS原型系统，旨在验证本文关于GDSS环境下群体AHP有关方法的有效性。

Results The average value of the hearing threshold was 70.67±20.43 dB HL in group A and 67.58±36.18 dB HL in group B(P＞0.05)before treatment.The average value of the hearing threahold reduced to 30.09±20.43 dB HL in group A and 18.42±18.05 dB HL in group B(P＜0.05) after treatment.

梗概： 为了解南通市近几年公共场所卫生状况，客观评价公共场所卫生水平，为今后的卫生监督监测提供科学依据，对2005年~2007年南通市公共场所公共用品(茶杯、口杯、床上用品等)的细菌总数、大肠菌群等微生物检测进行了分析，结果报告如下。1材料和方法1.1监测对象2005年1月~2007年12月，南通市疾控中心监测区内的旅店、公共浴室、理发美容店、歌厅酒吧等公共场所771家，每家随机抽取若干件清洗消毒后预备使用的公共用品样品共4 960份。1.2监测内容和方法旅店的茶具、毛巾、被单、面池、浴缸、便桶进行细菌总数、大肠菌群检测；公共浴室的毛巾、浴衣进行细菌总数、大肠菌群检测，拖鞋进行霉菌和酵母菌检测；娱乐场所的茶具进行细菌总数、大肠菌群检测；理发美容场所的毛巾、剪刀进行细菌总数、大肠菌群和金黄色葡萄球菌检测。

Results (1)Relevance rate of behavioral problems in type 1 diabetes group was 20.2%,two fold significantly higher than that in the control group(8.2%)(P=0.000).(2)Logistic analysis showed that risk factors concerned behavioral problems in diabetic children and adolescents included patients lived in rural areas,poor parents' marital relationship,poor parent- child relation,improper cultural ways,poor communication and understandings between family members,uniparental family and poor control of blood glucose.(3)It was found that diabetes was the most significant risk factor affected the occurrence of behavioral problems among all related factors based on the analytic results in both the type 1 diabetes group and the health group.Conclusions (1)Children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes are the high- risk population who are apt to the occurrence of behavioral problems.

结果①行为问题的检出率：糖尿病患儿检出率为20.0%，与健康对照组(8.2%)比较，糖尿病患儿行为问题检出率高于健康对照组P=0.000；②Logistic回归分析显示，与糖尿病患儿行为问题有关的危险因素分别为在农村生活、双亲关系紧张、亲子关系差、缺乏直接感情交流、教育方式不当、对子女了解较少、仅由父母中的一方承担管理子女的责任及血糖控制不良；③将健康对照组与1型糖尿病组综合分析后发现：影响行为问题发生的所有危险因素中，患糖尿病的相对危险度最大。

The unoperated sides of the treated animals also served as controls. Six normal rats were treated as normal control group. Three different siRNA plasmid solution containing RC2-Ⅰ, MAFbx-Ⅱ, CON (50μl , 0.8μg/μl)was injected and transfected by electroporation as methods mentioned above, respectively. The changes of RC2 and MAFbx mRNA levels and RC2 protein levels after 3 days were determined by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot, respectively. On postoperative 2, 3 and 4 weeks, the rate of wet muscle weight preservation, mean diameter of muscle fiber and mean cross-section area of muscle fiber and muscle protein content were checked and then compared between group CON and group RC2 or group MAFbx, respectively. The differences between groups were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. Ultrastructural changes of muscle fiber were observed at 2, 3, 4 weeks postoperation.Results GFP plasmid was efficiently deliverd into muscle by electroporation and robust GFP expression in muscle could be observed more than three weeks. Histology shows that injected plasmid DNA diffuses extensively in muscle tissue.

1、健康雌性SD大鼠18只，随机分为电穿孔组和非电穿孔组，每组9只，制作右下肢趾长伸肌失神经支配模型；EP组为将质粒pEGFP-N1溶液50μl(0.8μg／μl)注射入右趾长伸肌后，立即于两侧腱腹交接处给予电穿孔，电穿孔参数为：电场强度为200V／Cm，脉冲100μs，频率1Hz，施加10次脉冲；NEP组仅质粒pEGFP-N1溶液注射；转染后1、2、3周，荧光显微镜下观察趾长伸肌中GFP的表达情况，转染后1周行Western印迹检测趾长伸肌中GFP蛋白的表达情况，检测和优化体内转染效率。2、健康雌性SD大鼠78只，随机分为失神经对照组、RC2基因治疗组(RC2组)，MAFbx基因治疗组，每组24只，制作右下肢趾长伸肌失神经支配模型，余6只为正常组；分别将含CON、RC2、MAFbx基因的siRNA重组质粒注射入趾长伸肌，之后给予电穿孔，方法同上；治疗后3天实时定量PCR和Western印迹检测各组中RC2或MAFbx基因的mRNA和蛋白的表达变化，治疗后2、3、4周检测各组肌湿重维持率、肌细胞直径和肌细胞截面积，肌细胞超微结构变化以及肌纤维中蛋白含量变化。
