In this paper,studied on the soil collembolan in the Liangshui National Natural Conserve.Adopt diversity index,evenness index and common index to analyze.In the 10 habitats,the number of soil collembolan in the manmade Korean pine forest is the most.

对凉水国家自然保护区土壤虫的生态分布进行了研究，采用多样性指数、均匀度指数、共同性指数进行了分析。10个生境中土壤虫数量最多的是人工红松林，最少的是草甸。

Species richness and Pielou evenness index were used to measure species diversity. Species richness in polluted area was 32-67, while in control area it was 47-82. Pielou evenness index of tree layer was 0.1161-0.8509, while those of shrub layer and herb layer were 0.1763-0.3249 and 0.0443-0.2601, respectively. The results showed that both species richness and Pielou evenness index were influenced by the point source pollution. Species importance values showed significant differences between polluted area and control area. Dominance of different species had changed, and some species even disappeared under the pressure of pollution, indicating a process of species replacement in plant communities. Such species replacement can provide a scientific basis for species selection for restoration of human-damaged ecosystem. The natural regeneration of Quercus variabilis was insensitive to pollution, while Cupressus funebris was effected seriously.

仅在污染区中出现的物种数量远低于仅在对照区中出现的物种数量；(2)可分出4种基本的群落类型：马尾松林、柏木林、栓皮栎林和马尾松＋栓皮栎林，各群落特定层次的物种丰富度指数以及Pielou均匀度指数在污染区与对照区之间存在显著差异；(3)污染胁迫下，物种在群落中的生态优势度发生了变化，反映了群落中不同物种相互替代的过程，这种物种的替代可为今后受损生态系统人为恢复过程中物种的筛选提供一定的理论参考；(4)对群落中王要物种更新的调查发现：栓皮栎林对污染不敏感；柏木林污染区与对照区幼苗数量及分布格局均有明显差异，污染条件下群落未来演替受到严重干扰。

结果表明：1近11年的中国耕地生态压力指数比较大，并处于上升趋向，其主要原因是我国耕地面积持续大量的减少和人口快速的增加；2耕地压力省际差异比较大，东南和西南地区的耕地压力明显高于中部和北部地区；3直辖市和东南部地区耕地生态压力指数等级增高，北部、西北和中部的大部分地区指数等级无变化，仅中部和东北部的少数地区指数等级变小，但并不明显。

Results: the results showed that extracts of Artemsia dracunculus L. at the dose of 7.5%,3.75%,1.875% 20 ml/kg.w, can cause a signficant increase of WBC (P.05), thymus index, spleen index,(P.05) phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of phagocyte,(P.05) the transformation rate of the spleen lymphocytes,(P.05) and the serum IL-2(P.05),serum hemolysin concentration 50%( P.05)in immunodepressed mice. Conclusions: extracts oil from Artemsia dracunculus L. can significantly enhance the non-specific, cell-mediated and humoral immunological function in immunodepressed mice.

结果：与模型组比较，椒蒿挥发油各组均能升高小鼠外周血白细胞数(P＜0.05)；均能升高胸腺指数(P＜0.05)、脾指数(P＜0.05)；均能提高免疫受抑小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率，吞噬指数(P＜0.05)；均能升高脾淋巴细胞转化率(P＜0.05)；椒蒿挥发油各组血清IL-2值明显高于环磷酰胺对照组(P＜0.05)；椒蒿挥发油各组均可升高小鼠的血清半数溶血值(P＜0.05)。

Results showed that cultivation of milk vetch significantly lowered concentrations of heavy metals and soil comprehensive pollution index, and more or less the same as the treatments of organic reagents, except for effect on decreasing Zn and Cd concentrations and comprehensive heavy metal pollution index, which were not so big in scale. Bieti lost its habitat continuously in recently decades associated with the extension of rangelands and farmlands, as well as firewood collection etc. The monkey live mainly in primary fir forest and the mixed conifer forest, to evaluate the status of the monkeys' habitat, we employed GIS and RS software to identify the habitat types with five Landsat TM/ETM+ satellite imagery in winter of 1986, 1992, 1997, 2001 and 2006 years respectively. The work resulted in: 1 the size of summer grazing lands, farmlands, and fir forest was 13 100 hm2, 6 400 hm2, and 30 500 hm2 in 2006 respectively; 2 during the past 20 years (1986-2006), the size of fir forest (including primary fir forest and the mixed conifer forest) decreased by 14.6%(5 200 hm2), summer grazing lands and farmlands increased by 47.2%(4 200 hm2) and 14.3％(800 hm2) respectively; and 3, during the past 20 years, the number of firry forest patches increased by 68.4%, the mean size of firry forest patches decreased by 49.3%(from 15.1 to7.6 hm2), the largest patch index of firry forest decreased 54.9%; the patch richness had no change, but the Shannon's diversity index and the Shannon's evenness index increased by 2.7% respectively.
