This chapter helps us to have a general understanding of the overseas anti-sexual harassing law system represented by America. Chapter two is about the analysis of the phenomenon of the Chinese sexual harassing. Before the first sexual harassing case appeared in 2001, it doesn't belong to the concept of law.
