The fMRI studies showed that,(1) when information obtained from self-perspective covered the information obtained from other-perspective, compared to a deductive reasoning task, the mental inference task induced increased neural activity in precuneus, decreased neural activity in ventral MPFC and enhanced functional connectivity between these two brain areas;(2) this neural activity pattern was observed in understanding human's belief, but not in understanding artificial intelligence;(3) when information obtained from other-perspective covered the information obtained from self-perspective, the mental inference task induced additional increased neural activity in dorsal MPFC and the right frontal cortex, as well as enhanced functional connectivity between these two cortical areas in addition.

For the first time we synthesized nanoscale metal hydrides of lanthanum, neodymium, samarium, dysprosium, and ytterbium with high efficiency under mild condition by complexometric catalysis instead of traditional preparation at high temperature and high pressure. It is for the first time that we synthesized lanthanide organic compounds with catalysts or initiating agents at atmosphere and ambient temperature,and some of them are new compounds. Nanometric lanthanide metal powders are prepared by thermal decomposition of the compounds in vacuum. Differently from the traditional method, size of the products prepared by our method is less than 40nm, and the activity of the reaction is very high. They are pyrophoric at atmosphere. They can make some reactions without activity or low activity show extremely high activity .We investigated influent regulations of methods, conditions to scale and special surface.

In this study, isolate 23 microbes with lipase activity from Wu-Jie scrap heap at Ilan and Taichung Environmental Protection Section. When the microbes incubator in 50oC, there are isolates B61 and M63 that lipase activity are better than others. Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168 isolated from NTU resterant food waste compost is used as control check. Isolates B61, M63 and Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168 determine the lipase activity by the LB with tributyrin. The lipase activity of isolates B61 and M63 are 2~3 fold higher than Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168. So isolates B61 and M63 are more useful in producing lipase. Isolate B61 can grow at pH 5~9, and at temperature 20oC ~ 60oC; isolate M63 can grow at pH 6~10, and at temperature 30oC ~ 50oC. Isolates B61 and M63 were identified by 16S rRNA. Isolate B61 is Bacillus circulans, and isolate M63 is Bacillus species.

本研究，於宜兰五结垃圾场和台中市环保局厨余堆肥样品中共分离出 23 株具脂肪酶活性菌株， 23 株菌株中经过三油酸甘油酯的洋菜培养基於 50℃培养 5 天后，发现有 2 株菌的脂肪酶活性较强，分别为分离株 B61 和 M63；以本实验室先前自台大女九餐厅蔬果厨余堆肥中所筛选出的耐高温脂解菌 Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168作为本实验对照菌株，将分离株 B61、M63 及 Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168 3 株菌株於含有三酪酸甘油酯液态培养基培养并测定其脂肪酶活性，发现分离菌株之活性皆比 Brevibacillus borstelensis SH168 高出 2~3 倍，认为分离株 B61、M63 适於产生脂肪酶的菌株，分离株 B61 在 pH 5~9 皆可生长，生长温度介於 20 oC ~ 60oC；分离株 M63 在 pH 6~10 可生长，生长温度介於 30 oC ~ 50oC； 2 株分离菌株以 16S rRNA定序结果分离株 B61 为 Bacillus circulans，分离株 M63 为 Bacillus 属。

The coking and deactivation process of benzene and ethylene alkylation reaction over AB-97 zeolite has been studied systematically. The results of acceleration deactivation reaction indicate that deactivation process go through three phases, high level activity stability period, activity decline period and low level activity stability period. The mechanism of this phenomenon was analyzed by the way of the experiment research of pore structure and acid quality of coked zeolite. It is concluded that reducing the strong acid active centers and crystal outer-surface active centers are benefit to improve the activity stability of zeolite.

在AB-97型分子筛催化剂上对苯/乙烯烷基化制乙苯反应体系的结焦失活历程系统实验研究，催速失活实验结果表明失活历程经历高水平活性稳定期，活性衰退期和低水平活性稳定期三个阶段，并通过对失活催化剂的孔结构及酸性质的实验研究，对这一现象进行了机理分析，认为催化剂改性研究中采用降低强酸活性位和晶粒表面活性位这两种手段都有利于改善催化剂的活性稳定性。

The result shows: in 0~360 kg/hm^2 fertilizer can improve the plant height, dry matter accumulation of maize, nitrogen accumulation, root vigor, leaf nitrate reeducates activity, chlorophyll content and yield, meanwhile the leaves' nitrate reeducates activity, dry matter accumulation and the final output of wheat, root activity and other indicators were significantly correlated; Cultivating under the same conditions and dropping the fertilizer amount from 360 kg/hm^2 to 315 kg/hm^2, the dry matter accumulation will be increased, the roots vigor and leaf nitrate reeducates activity will be strengthened, but the yield are not obviously different in the same treatment.

结果表明：在0~360kg/hm^2的施肥范围内，肥料能显著增加玉米植株的株高、干物质积累盆、叶绿素含量和籽粒产量，提高根系活力、叶片硝酸还原酶活性；同时硝酸还原酶活性、干物质积累量、根系活力和叶绿素含量等指标与玉米最终产量呈显著正相关；在相同的栽培条件下，将施肥量从360kg/hm^2降至315kg/hm^2，植株的于物质积累量增加、根系活力、叶片硝酸还原酶活性增强，但处理间籽粒产量无显著差异。

The expression of HSP70 and HSP70mRNA and the activity of SOD and NOS in uterus were elevated with preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion and the influence on the activity of SOD and NOS was mainly refected in 12th and 16th month. It indicated that preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion on Guanyuan point could relieve the abnormal activity of center of stress, promote the expression of HSP70 and HSP70mRNA and the activity of SOD and NOS in uterus so as to maintain the normal structure and function and prolong the retrograde degeneration of uterus. It might be one of mechanisms of protecting uterus with preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion.
