ZhuangDa Technology and Industry Co., Ltd, founded in November 2006, is a new high-tech joint venture based on the unique technology and CFUBMSIP equipment researched and developed jointly by Xi'an University of Technology and TEER Coatings Co., Ltd, technically supported by the mature technology of our brother company, QinRen Metal Technology Co., Ltd.

The main contributions of this thesis are:(1) Seven mononuclear complexes of tetradentate ligand NTB have been obtained using N〓 or SCN〓 as the additional ligand;(2) Seventeen binuclear complexes of Fe , Zn , Co , Cu have been designed and the complexes of Co , Cu exhibit antiferromagnetic properties;(3) Changing the bridged-ligand such as PO〓, CO〓, o-phth, mai, Ag (CN 〓, Au 〓, etc , fourteen tetranuclear complexes of polypridine ligand have been synthesized;(4) Two antiferromagnetic 1D chain complexes of KH〓pdc ligand have been prepared from hydrothermal reactions; in addition, one ferromagnetic 1D chain copper complex of tpdp which is bridged by oxalate has been obtained.

We have epitaxially grown ultrathin Pb and Co films on the Cu(111)surface bymolecular beam exitaxialgrowth technique,and studied in detail the growthand surface alloying of submonolayer Pb on Cu(111),the shift of Pb 5d core levelbinding energy on Cu(111),the surfactant-assisted epitaxial growth of Co on Cu(111)using Pb as a surfactant,and the spin exchange splitting of ultrathin Co films onCu(111)using synchron radiation photoemission spectra as well as Auger electronspectraand low energy electron diffraction.
