目的 探讨活动平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法对132例活动平板运动试验阳性，77例冠状动脉造影结果进行回顾性分析。结果冠状动脉造影阳性58例（75%），阴性19例（25%），单支病变18例，双支病变40例，多支病变19例，stc延长25例，s波加深21例，u波倒置2例。结论在活动平板运动试验患者中，有危险因素和临床症状与冠状动脉造影结果较相符，女性、年轻人和无临床症状者假阳性较多。

Methods 1020 patients (672 male, 348 female, mean age 57.8±2.4 yr) undergoing CAG or PCI were randomized into either the Angioseal group (CAG 380, PCI 120) or the Perclose group (CAG 392, PCI 128). To investigate the methods to effectively and simply assess the CAG repeat size of HD gene which was necessary for gene diagnosis of Huntington disease, the sequence including polymorphic CAG repeat of HD gene was amplified by PCR with TaKaRa LA Taq DNA polymerase and GC buffer. PCR products were analyzed on polyacrylamide gel to distinguish normal alleles from HD alleles. The DNA fragments of affected alleles were recovered from polyacrylamide gel as templets for secondary PCR. The secondary PCR products were cloned into T vector for sequencing analysis to determine CAG repeat size. A total of 20 normal individuals and 3 members from a HD pedigree were included in this study.

Results: All rats in experiment group devloped CAG at the end of 12 weeks with the following Pathological changes of CAG such as thin mucosa layer, thick muscle layer, decreased glandes, soakaging inflammation cells in microscope and with the time prolonging, the atrophy of gastric mucosa became more serious; In normal control group and normal feeding group, the IL-6 and IL-8 content in blood serum are the same at every time point; In experiment group, IL-6 became increased from 4wk and kept high level from 4wk to l2wk and had significant difference compared with normal controls.
