If a notarial deed applied for by a party concerned is intended to be used abroad, it shall also be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the foreign affairs office of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government and the embassy or consulate of the country concerned in China for attestation, in addition to being handled in the procedure as stipulated in these Regulations.
