learned helplessness：习得性无助

对自己能力不自信、自我效能感低下的科研人员则倾向于选择比较容易或非常困难的科研任务,面对失败往往会做出科研能力低下的自我评价,自尊心受到威胁,并导致焦虑、厌倦和羞耻感等消极的情绪,进而放弃努力,表现出心理学中称之为"习得性无助"(Learned helplessness)的动机模式.
