The measure for reducing the starting moment of ball bearing is put forward, it is the theory basis and reference for ball bearing design of small power unit system.The system is an unstable system when the 24-station ball pen tip production machine is running because of various interferences. It is too hard to describe the system by linear method, so the nonlinear formulation must be used.
