The rubber seal issue under operating system has been studied by the theory of dynamic sealing. The deformation and stress distribution of rubber material were calculated under the well in-pressure and sealing out-pressure using then-linear finite element. Through the experimental study of the rubber strength and fatigue, the intensity limit and the fatigue life were obtained. According to the study results, a new type of sealing equipment was designed by adding the reinforcing steel bar into rubber core to reduce the maximum shear stress, so as to solve the problems of dynamic seal under hyperbaric pressure.

As a control object, the bi-stable permanent magnetic actuator is separated into basic principle so as to determine the nature of the whole. The direct-coupled models of magnetic fields for analysis and for calculation are presented. The static and dynamic characteristics of the models and dynamic behavior analysis and matching analysis for the vacuum circuit breaker with bi-stable permanent magnetic actuator are also discussed. For a further study, fuzzy neural network control technology based on synchronized-closing operation of vacuum circuit breaker is analyzed and the research conclusion is used for realizing the synchronized-closing of vacuum circuit breaker in the future.

The design of the dry-dock falling gate"s structure is researched, and integrates the disquisitions and analysis on the dynamic characteristics about dock gate, in order to make the cabin design more visualizing.(2) The emphasis of this paper is the influence of the water hole and gas hole in the tidal cabin and the influence of the drain of the air-operated cabin.(3) In this paper, the building method of the dry-dock falling gate"s parametric model is studied and the dynamic analysis is accomplished in ADAMS, furthermore, the rising-and-falling angle curve is drawn while the dry dock gate is rising and falling.(4) The paper is based on the apprehension of the past theories and researches about air-operated dry-dock falling gate, and is explicated by hydraulic rationales and rising-and-falling mechanical principles. This software is developed by inner programming language in ADAMS and VC. This design could shorten design cycle.
