Methods Fifty healthy SD rats were fed for twentytwo months in order to build the model of aging rats, the histology of femoral bone, tibial bone and lumbal vertebra was used to observe, then we evaluated the indexes which reflect the degeneration of intervertebral disc including the quantity of collagen type Ⅱ,Ⅹ of intervertebral disc by the immunohistochemistry methods, the relative area of vascular bud, the thickness of calcified layer and uncalcified layer on cartilage endplate and the indexes which reflect the osteoporosis including the thickness ratio of cortical bone, the relative area of bone trabecula, the bone density, the max stress and straining of bone.

50只健康纯种SD大鼠，喂养22个月，建立老龄大鼠模型，进行股骨、胫骨、腰椎等组织学观察，并评价椎间盘退变的相关指标(椎间盘软骨Ⅱ型和Ⅹ型胶原表达、软骨终板血管芽相对面积、软骨终板钙化层/非钙化层厚度)与骨质疏松的相关指标(骨皮质厚度指数、骨小梁相对面积、骨密度、骨最大应力和应变)的相关性。

Results There existed new cartilage and new immature bone tissue in the bone substitute in 4 weeks after operation, as well as mass of cartilageous cells,osteoblasts, collagen tissue and more small vessels were seen. In the period of 8 to 16 weeks after operation,new bone was formed continuously, artificial bone gradually reconstructed to mature lamellar bone,bone trabeculae and medullary cavity,etc.

结果 CPC植入后4周有新生软骨形成及未成熟的骨组织，可见大量的软骨细胞、成骨细胞、胶原组织及较多的小血管。8～16周新骨继续生成，人工骨逐渐改建为成熟的板层骨、骨小梁和髓腔结构。

［Objective］To compare the clinical results of different bone graft in the posterior route spinal fusion of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.［Method］A retrospective study was made in 71 case of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,who were operated on with posterior instrumentation of screw-rod fixation system from 2000 to 2005.All of the patients were divided into three groups,autologous bone graft in 21 cases,allogous bone graft in 23 cases, autologous bone mixed allogous bone graft in 27 cases. The fusion rate, the Cobb's angle loss rate of incidence and pseudoarthrosis were compared among the three groups at 3,9,15,36 months follow-up.

［目的］通过不同植骨在青少年特发性脊柱侧凸后路矫形植骨融合术中的应用比较，探讨其临床应用效果［方法］回顾性分析2000年～2005年行后路钉-棒系统矫形手术的71例青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者，其中自体骨移植21例，同异体骨移植23例，自体骨混合同种异体骨移植27例，比较随访第3、9、15、36 月的融合率、Cobb's角丢失率及假关节发生率。

Methods seventy-two 15-week-old sd rats were divided into six groups,included control group and five ovariectomized model groups.the model groups were fed with different-dose lycopene［10,15,20 mg/］ for 12weeks.then related indexes including length bone mineral density,bone mineral,serum estradiol,sertum alp and uterus index were analyzed.results compared with model group,three different dose groups and nilestriol［1.05mg/］ group showed increased bone mineral density,bone mineral,serum estradiol and uterus index,but decreased serum alp (p.05).conclusion as a female sex hormone-like component,lycopene may ameliorate the bone quality and inhibit osteoporosis in ovariectomized rat.

将72只15周龄sd大鼠随机分为6组，空白组做假手术，其余5组做卵巢切除术，术后用药12周后处死，测定右侧股骨骨密度、骨矿含量、血清雌二醇、碱性磷酸酶含量及子宫湿重。结果番茄红素高［20mg/］、中［15mg/］、低剂量组［10mg/］、尼尔雌醇组［1.05mg/kg·bw］能对抗骨密度、骨矿含量、血清雌二醇的下降、血清碱性磷酸酶的升高，与模型组比较，p.05；番茄红素各剂量组、尼尔雌醇组能对抗子宫指数的减轻，与模型组比较，p.05。结论番茄红素可以改善骨质量，抑制大鼠去卵巢骨质疏松的发生。具有类似雌激素的效应。
